Structure, Process, Goals
Mission: To enhance the church physical property through partnering with the leadersip, church members and various affiliated committees and/or ministries to obtain financial resources needed to meet the future strategic goals. We believe that through strategic partnering, needed physical enhancements to the Church can be achieved.
Goal: The 7/25 Project Taskforce is a 1 year approach to meet church financial needs. The overarching goal is to raise funds to support improvement of the church’s physical properties.
- To communicate activities, strategies, and results of the 7/52 Project to church members and leadership.
- To work in collaboration with the leadership, church members, building fund committee and various affiliated committees and/or ministries to achieve successful results.
- To make strategic recommendations based on a thorough needs assessment and cost benefit analysis.
- To raise the needed financial resources in the next year primarily based on $1 dollar a day from each member, potential participation from ministries using a strategic fund raising approach that recognizes contributions above the established weekly giving and secondarily on solicitation from the “Friends of the Tabernacle” and external Organizations, through various venues.
